This sounds horrible but what right does khashoggis wife have to link the situation her husband/partner situation with our takeover. Her beef is with their government. Is she opposing ALL of their acquisitions? No. Is she doing it for publicity? Hmmm............
That's just it. Legally she has not got a leg to stand on. To stop it she has to prove that acquisition is directly linked to her husbands death. It's not.
Helped to do so perhaps - I wouldn't be surprised if other parties were encouraging it, but I should think her outrage would be enough of a prompt anyway... But like Windy says - legally there is nothing stopping this.

Well, the Saudi Royal visit to Britain and the queen was before the poor journalist was killed so that would explain why Cengiz wasn't going after them... She spoke out against the Joshua fight in the media - don't know if she wrote letters to any involved parties though.
