So the French FA run Scottish Football now?

Leagues can do as they please.

Uefa might say "you can't play in CL" because of it but we aren't going to qualify anyway so **** it.

We appreciate that, in line with SPFL rules, there will now be an EGM on May 12th to discuss the allegations regarding the previous vote on the resolution to end the season.

However, St Mirren’s view is that the safety of the supporters and the survival of Scottish football clubs must be the priority and therefore it is our opinion that the Premiership season should be terminated immediately. This will allow for end of season payments to be made and for clubs to start to plan as best they can for next season.

Because rangers only motivation is to have the season called as null and void, whilst hilariously pretending they are concerned about the fate of other Scottish clubs.

There is no reason that the monies cannot be paid out in the form of interest free loans. Why the SPFL haven't adhered to their own rules is another thing that needs investigation.

The season won't be called null and void. The vote last week put paid to that. So why would you or anybody else be against an independent enquiry into the running of the SPFL when you know it's a fùcking shambles?

How have they not adhered to their rules? Did they knock back clubs for loans?

If it has been repeatedly shambolic for so long then why, at this time, with this particular issue is an inquiry necessary when it hasn't been before?

They didn't tell clubs they were allowed loans. They told them the only way to get funds was to call the season. They lied.

Because they have, possibly, lied to member clubs and that breaks company law and is a breach of trust.

The clubs would know the process of getting advanced, plenty of clubs use it every year. And if they didn't know it's their own fault.

    Evidence pls gerz

And that hasn't previously happened or been alleged with different issues?

The evidence is in the 120 page "dossier" that SPFL gave clubs 36 hours to.read and digest. Where they said calling the season was the only option the clubs had to receive money that was already theirs.

It wasn't pay out money, it was an advance, something clubs use every year to see out the season. Every club seemed to know about it other than Rangers
