Doing a deep fried homemade Chinese tonight. doing battered sweet am sour prawn balls, homemade sweet n sour sauce. butterflied panko prawns salt an pepper calamari noodles with some onion as haven’t got anything else I can thing of lobbing in it.

nice, I would use a fillet and cook in baking paper parcel stuffed with lemon and thyme and butter, splash of white wine and have sprouting broccoli and a few new spuds. Wish I could fillet a fish tho.
