we still need them until we have 2 better players in their positions... that takes a couple if years minimum
why not just keep it will take time.. you risk complete disaster doing a complete overhaul.. just build on what we have ... easy
Manquillo needs shifting aswell Keep Lejeune he's class. Get a manager who isn't stupid enough to leave him out
I think 3-5 bits of quality added is better than 4 out at the same time.. its not rocket science safer

It has to be natural progression. Get rid of deadweight (Colback and Saivet) and those that are now the backup options (Atsu,Yedlin, Shelvey and Bentaleb). That should see 7-8 out but no need for a massive overhaul. Give players time to gel. Then bring in 2-3 starters and max 2-3 squad players in the first transfer window. Then bring in 2-3 per transfer window (maybe 1-2 in winter) and move on a few every season. Keep a core group (Dub, Schar, Lejeune, Lascelles, Matty, ASM and Almiron) that will stay for a few seasons each. Then you have a tight core, adding new talent in a way that doesn't overwhelm the squads, and moving on those surplus to requirements.
