Sometimes you just have to suck it up and deal with losing. The Normans beat seven shades of sh.it out of the English Saxons and our language and culture was changed forever. You just have to accept it as part of your country's rich history. The Romans popped over and ruled the land for best part of 400 years forever changing our landscape. Nobody asked for it but sh.it happens.
