Tbh mate Liverpool winning their first premier league title by having it awarded to them when they hadn’t mathematically won it would be just as hilarious for rival fans as the season being voided and Liverpool not winning it. It’s a win-win situation for rivals looking to take the piss out of Liverpool for years to come.

 

UEFA's point of view is that they'd rather place more merit on a recently three-quarter finished campaign than the one from a year before. You can protest if you wish. TBH, that makes it more funny.

I’m not particularly bothered either way. To me it makes most sense to null and void. If it doesn’t happen and some other method is used I can’t say I’ll care that much. It’s not like football authorities are known for making good decisions.

 

I still don't think PPG is fair to relegated sides tbh if it can't be completed. Would much rather no relegation.

I think Liverpool fans are desperate for the title at all costs and couldn’t give a **** if they’ve actually won it or not. It’s hilarious ammunition for rival fans though. Imagine this is your only title for another 30 years and you didn’t even win it?

 

According to many reports (that some would like to ignore), there is no way 14 clubs that will vote for PPG will also allow relegation. Whether that means 22 teams next season, I dunno. Much rather they had 21 and just relegated Norwich, but I won't dress that up in any false veneer of fairness.
