Sours are such an amazing drink! Discovered them in South America and was instantly hooked. But they’re a lot of hassle to make at home! Whenever I make my own syrup for cocktails I never plan ahead, I always do it spur of the moment which means I’m left standing in the kitchen waiting for it to cool down so I can have a drink I often just buy a bottle pre-made and keep it in the cupboard to avoid the hassle.
