Wouldn't say I'm feeling loads better but definitely going in the right direction. Feels like I've got a brick on my chest now rather than a paving slab.

So it's the virus, right? The heavy chest seems to be the one thing everyone who gets a dose of it says makes it stand out from other illnesses they've had.

 

I'm not too convinced tbh as I was only laid up for a few days and temperature was only (slightly) high for two. But yeah chest has been ridiculously heavy which is what makes me feel so short of breath at times. My chest is pretty ****ed anyway though.


Suppose I'll never know for sure. Though it'd be handy if it was work wise!
