I’m not convinced a vegetable that colour should be getting eat really. Wouldn’t let it anywhere near a salad. But in a soup (Borscht) it’s cracking....
It’s a popular addition to my limited cooking repertoire anyway. I’m eating it now, smashed it out the park if I do say so myself
