Main thing I've noticed from working in a mainly Muslim school is just the not eating during the day. They still work as normal. Maybe different in a Muslim country though
They wake up before the sunrise, eat, go about their day without food, sun goes down and they're super hungry, they eat a big dinner. Repeat.
Its supposed to be a hard task, its intention is to absolve you of sin. So it's supposed to be a chore.
forgive me , but I think they're wasting their time... why hasn't anyone just come with a better idea like not sinning for example
Catholics have confession and protestants mostly believe that you can seek forgivenness for your sin upon death, like as you reach the pearly gates. Catholics are little more old testimony in that regard, but its easier than fasting. Then again some Catholics arent against a fast.
I'm an Athiest, so I don't want to get much further into these territories , but I'd be really pissed off if I chose the wrong God.
don't you even attempt to sacrifice your dignity my good friend .. Either change it and remain a respected part of the circle or I will see to it that it be changed anyway and take with it your dignity in the process.
