I think this is right. Let this bluster blow over a bit and calm down before announcing. Bein have basically just delayed this, though presumably not for long.

Ramadan starting tomorrow. Do they have like a holiday for it? If so that may put a dampener on things! 30 days I believe. Would this affect things. It is possible the tests and everything is done. One thing all this confirms is just how much this is going to tear these people apart over the next decade.
