Just to add that human rights issues or even the allegations of piracy shouldn't have a direct impact on the fit and proper test. As has been outlined earlier, that is based on financial implications and management of the club. The allegations of piracy, are just that. There hasn't been a legal case raised that has led to a prosecution. Certainly not in the UK. For the Premier League to consider that piracy allegation in response to this test would see them going into an area where they own no competency. Their decision could still be technically influenced by the pressure in the media. However that raises legal issues back to themselves and seems unlikely considering the strong links between the UK and the Kingdom. PIF will have anticipated this and won't have invested as much time and money into this if they felt there were legal barriers to them owning the club.
IF... this takeover goes through a lot has been made about the fact that our new owners will be more wealthy than the other 19 Premier League club owners combined. They are kind of missing the point though. IF....this takeover goes through then our new owners will be richer than the next 49 club owners in WORLD football combined!! Their wealth matches the TOTAL wealth of the rest of the top 50 richest owners in world football combined. ****ing hell....
The only thing I knew about BeIN the other day was Jose sometimes works for them, as does Richard Keys. I read the news article last night and as soon as it said "Qarari" I was immediately releaved and closed the article. I'm not going to let Qatari interests bother me, neither will the PL.

Before Chaos jumps on my last post and cums in his pants, as a caveat it doesn't mean we will be the richest football club in world football by a long way. There is no way they are going to throw anything like their full wealth at us. The list of richest football clubs in the world bears very little similarity to the list of richest owners.
Amnesty international attempts to stop a Saudi takeover is akin to Greta Thunberg standing outside a Petrol station shouting at Range Rovers. Literally nobody will give a **** what they think.

What is negative about pointing out that they will not be spending the entire Saudi Wealth fund on NUFC? They will have literally hundreds of projects that will draw on that pot of money. This takeover would improve things massively for us, but it won't turn us into the richest club in world football overnight. Even if they have that aim it will take time to build up our club income to allow that to happen.
Only if you are living in an unrealistic fantasy world bubble. I think most people already grasp that point.
and what bubble am I in exactly ? The one you have imagined ?I'm very realistic actually .. try reading through my posts in he future and see what I've said about it taking time and the morons sighting players like mbappe never happening. I understand completely that the 260 is a fund for many things, but if you think any club is using all the money they have access to on their clubs then you really are an Ostrich!! it's all relative and the fact it's in cash also matters btw . thankyou for your time .
