They can have the pioneer status...but when it comes to listening...there are so many albums/songs I’d stick on before even contemplating playing a BB album/song, if I felt like I want to listen to some hip hop this evening What do you want me to do? I ain’t saying you have to like them, I’m just pointing out how integral they were to the whole scene. agree with you, there’s a ton of stuff I’d listen too first before sticking on BB ... apart from Paul Revere maybe, that track should be played everyday.

How the hell are a bunch of white boys pioneers of hip hop/ rap music. Run DMC or public enemy are the pioneers not some white kids . That is stealing the history of the whole genre.
