It seems like we are in some sort of vacuum and that every day is the same. I feel like we need progress ASAP unless these idiot journos actually tilt the premier leagues heads. It's actually because of the way Saudi's do business. No comment until it's done. There will be a prepared statement. When the PL clear them, a statement will be released. There'll be a flood of relief, mixed with a fair bit of (pointless) disgruntlement, then joyous celebration.
I said many days ago that you can rest assured that there is all almighty push from every arsehole fan and reporter of other clubs to pressure the premier league to stop it . I think that the lawyers involved will already have ensured their attempts would fail, but for a government intervention that frankly isn't going to come because of the ££££ and political issues it would create.

You're seriously overthinking it all. Theres nothing an outside group can do to interject now, yesterday it was Mike Ashley might cause an issue, and now that its legally impossible for him to do so the Premier League might cause an issue. Media people are just pests, they're ignored by all serious parties. Especially sports journalists, they're a complete joke. Up there with celebrity journalists
