Dani Alves is class. Quite possibly the best right back of all time.

I still maintain that Ronaldinho at his best was more talented than both Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo. He just wasn't dedicated enough and couldn't sustain it or find the same consistency.

Don't worry - membership is already under consideration!!!

That 4-3 game was brilliant. At 2-3 I bet my mate (a mag) £20 that they'd lose that game and the league. He still hasn't paid me!!!

I could name a different team for each decade but I've gone for one made up from players in my formative years that made me fall in love with football. It's maybe a bit German heavy but here goes:

    Sepp Maier - Germany
    Carlos Alberto - Brazil
    Paul Breitner - Germany
    Booby Moore - England
    Franz Beckenbauer - Germany
    Socrates - Brazil
    Johnny Rep - Holland
    Zico - Brazil
    Johan Cruyff - Holland
    Gerd Muller - Germany
    Paolo Rossi - Italy

I'd have loved to watch Cruyff in his pomp. To be honest, I'd settle for watching more of the great teams he managed in their pomp!

Rossi was class, the 82 world cup is the first I remember watching. Zico and Socrates were the stand outs for me, Brazil were immense. GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAL.

Cruyff, Bergkamp, Messi, Maldini, Pele, hand of god, Kempes, Ronaldo, Henry, Muller, the list goes on. The Italy team of 82 were nearly as good as Brazil 1970.
