A massive dump, sweet tea, bowl of cereal and a run (2km as fast as possible). Job done.

I get bad bouts of cvs at times, cyclical vomit syndrome.

Its why I have to be careful when drinking, eat 1st, drink water all that ****. or risk throwing up every 20mins for 3 or 4 days straight.

Its a bastard, but i know the triggers and ways to stop it before it starts, like a hot shower. Nothing acidic at all or **** gets real.
