    Addicts of all kinds, drugs, gambling etc, used to get loans from those fookers, then get another shister loan company, to pay the loan they were defaulting on, it was a vicious cycle, that results in massive debt you can never hope to repay, the government took way too long shutting them fookers down.

    Basically it was what the banks use to do with rollover loans, but the loan sharks did it on a grander scale, and to rub salt in the wounds, the banks took ppi as well otherwise you couldn't have the loan!
