It's the first phase if their ****e and the next is the nobody wants to go there... missed out on this one and that one, until in years to come we sign one and then it will be something like " I used to like nufc because it was a proper club"

Its hardly surprising - their paymasters are Qataris who hate the Saudi's with a vengeance at the moment. I wouldn't be surprised if Newcastle games are blacked out on their channel once the deal goes through.

Going to be fascinating to see what happens with this squad after a takeover. I mean, who's going to seriously buy the likes of Atsu, Gayle, etc.?

There'll be a good few bottom end PL or top end Championship teams who would quite happily take them off our hands. The good thing with our new owners is that they won't be arsed about haggling over the odd £3m - £5m there with buying clubs, at least not at the outset when the aim will be to clear the decks and get players off the wage bill and free up squad places.

We could easily get £50m - £75m and free up a good 7 or 8 squad places in my opinion.....possibly more.

For the outlay of cash Evertons development has been dreadful honestly. In fact in some periods they even looked worse.

They're building a nee stadium but, Goodison was becoming a ****ing health hazard. I remember going to Anfield to watch Newcastle and of course walking up you pass Goodison, the level of quality in Anflied compared to their place was staggering.

building a new stadium bar citeh seems to result in a drop in performance and less money spent on players... Sunderland gone , Villa ruined and I hope Everton are next...

    Tottenham too.

It usually just leaves you burdened with debt for years and therefore unable to purchase players. Stadium expansion is always a better idea, but of course GP is so rickety and old they cant.
