Transfer of Ashley's 150 million debt from Newcastle United Limited to PCP/ Cantervale. The money owed by the club is now owed by Amanda Staveley.

That fact alone tells you the club is about to be sold.

 

Finally put in a simple sentence. I just think there's a lot of announcing to do, and I also wonder if the buyers are struggling to get fatboy to cement his side of the comment.

There would be no reason to transfer the debt. Staveley does not benefit if she takes a debt like that unless an agreement to sell is ironclad.
She is far too clever for that. She would have accepted the debt contractually on the basis that the club is sold.

 

What worries me is the people who say “it’s done” to “I think it’s done” why’s the think been included?

 

Yep its done n dusted. Ashley is gone to re evaluate his life. He will return to football 1 day when he buys Sunderland.
