Felt ****ing awful this weekend, really short of breath yesterday n my asthma playing up. Feel really run down today and got a sore throat etc. so think I'm gonna need to isolate. Is it 7 days or 14?

 

14 if you’re a regular person, 7 if you’re a cabinet minister. Good luck.

 

7 mate. But anybody in your household needs to isolate for 14 in case they are incubating the virus.

But with any luck you’ll feel better tomorrow. Dunno about you, but my head plays tricks. I’ve diagnosed myself with everything from Coronavirus to Green Monkey disease at some point over the last three weeks.

I've been taking steroids for the past couple of days so hopefully they'll start to work if it's my asthma.


My ex was ****ing murder for Google diagnosing herself with everything under the sun.

 

tbf Google is terrifying if you search for symptoms of anything you're suffering with. You can pretty much always find something that will link one of your symptoms to Cancer or some horrible nasty disease.

 

If you're asthmatic you probably know your own body then mate? If it feels like asthma, it probably is that.

Pollen has been really high too. I had a constricted throat off and on for a couple of weeks there, but then that's normal for me at this time of year; not really hay fever, just a bit sensitive to tree pollen.

 

Or until you feel well again if you're nhs and then straight back to work.

 

Or indefinite for some !

 

Yeah it's always hard to tell whether it's just an exacerbation of asthma or if something else has triggered it off. Will know by Tuesday I suppose.
