That's exactly what he said. They are interested in more involvement. Obviously the circumstances my change but, as things stand, they're not disinterested in further involvement.

Neither have you. What it wasn’t was a confident quote stating there would be further involvement. Donald clearly operating on ‘hope’ (his words) than expectation.

I would hardly call it an off hand comment, considering every thing else that went on beforehand mate.
