reading bruce will get the 200 million to spend he will waste every penny and start asking for time.. if he stays and we sign phil jones it will end up a complete disaster. no way bruce should be trusted with 200million..
He’ll be allowed to the end of the season. The £200M will be spent once the season has finished and it won’t all be on players. Some will be spent on infrastructure.
get rid asap... i think he did well, he's a decent enough chap, but he simply doesn't have the experience, skills or player pulling power to work at the next level. I don't want to hear anyone say he deserves a chance ! you dont get given a chance to waste 200 million you get someone that has operated at that level a few times and done well. this isnt a case of oh well you tried never mind its only 200 million pounds
I’m not so sure that’s the amount. There will be a penalty but no one really knows what that might be?
Disloyal twat. He was quick to lick Charnley's bellend to get the NUFC job. ****ed Sheff Wed over after the support they gave him.
Anyone's guess. It's likely for losses incurred rather than economic loss, which is difficult to establish.
What are the remedies from a breach of contract? Repudiation If a condition of your contract has been breached, you may be able to terminate the contract by ‘repudiation’ and claim compensation for the loss you have suffered. If the breach of contract is a breach of a warranty, compensation is by damages alone. Damages Damages are used to put the claimant back in the position they would have been if the terms of the contract had been met as agreed. You will be entitled to ‘liquidated damages’ if the contract specifies that an amount should be paid if the one side breaks the contract. These clauses are often found in manufacturing and building contracts, which often include penalty clauses for late completion of work. There are two types of damages: Special damages – Awarded for quantifiable losses, such as loss of profits General damages – Awarded for unquantifiable losses, such as physical inconvenience and loss of amenity There is no concept of ‘punitive’ damages in the UK, so compensation will only reflect the actual loss you have incurred. Specific performance A less common option for breach of contract is ‘specific performance’, in which you can obtain a Court order for the other side to carry out their contractual obligations.
True. However I still think it’s going to go through there is just to much sauce and basically to much rumours. God forbid I married my wife 13 years ago and I have blamed her every day of our marriage for Ashley. She’s gonna have the last laugh. Ashley stay please PLEASE!
In Scotland maybe. Not in England. You can pull our right up till last minute unless there is an actual penalty clause.
