Ah fair enough I hadn’t seen, this thread moves on at such a pace and I don’t have @BobbyD ’s dedication to read it all.

Most of my modules in final year were ok once I knuckled down and I always did ok with coursework which unfortunately didn’t comprise much of my course, mainly exams, but the maths side of Economics was impossible. Got a 2.1 overall but didn’t have a clue what I was doing with the non-essay topics. Wish I’d done psychology or something in hindsight.

My degree was largely a waste of time. My folks didn't go to uni so didn't know the system and just let me do the degree I wanted. I enjoyed it, mostly because there were very few lectures and tutorials and I got to read some interesting books but it's only helped me career wise because I have a good degree from a good uni so my CV got some attention when I was looking for my first proper job. It taught me nothing practical and I don't have a trade or skill I can fall back on. I'm taking a more scientific route with my son and have convinced him that a degree is only worthwhile if it gives you a skill that you can apply if you can't find a job that you actually want to do (if that makes sense). Otherwise, go and do an apprenticeship somewhere, it amounts to the same thing.

Personally I think any consideration for lifting the lockdown, has to include schools within stage one. Otherwise one half of parenting cannot go back to work. A single person cannot go to work if they have a child or kids will get left with elderly grandparents.

Okay, thanks for explaining that, I now understand.

You have now recognised that the Tories are a shower of absolute ****s, and you feel a bit ****ish by association.

You’re not imo a **** for voting for them. You are, however, a mug, like I told you at the time. Don’t feel too bad though, you’re not alone.

Nope, there you go again, waving your red flag, absolutely inaccurate bitterness on your part once again. You are completely incapable of holding a discussion without making assumptions or political bias. Instead you will follow form of calling people petty little names.

I don't feel bad at all about my vote, I would do the same again. However, it does not mean I will not challenge Tory decisions. I'm not stuck up Boris' arsehole in the same way you were with Corbyn and you are with Labour and the same way you will be with Starmer, because even if the Labour Party farted, your nose would be there sniffing it up.

As for me being a kunt in your personal opinion, it's no worse than Toby saying i've got blood on my hands - to me that says more about you two than it does me, because of how I voted, it's equal in thought to disgusting right wing attitudes.

You would vote for him again why ?
People who knew and worked for him warned last year that he was lazy !
I could understand if it was someone like Sunak that was running but seeing how Boris has that knack of disappearing when the going gets tough I I dont understand your logic in saying you would vote for him now .
