    HRI only had four Covid-19 wards in use last week. The plan here being if they end up overwhelmed, patients will be sent to Harrogate. That’s not been needed yet.

    I think the finger wagging press of the government needs to look at this. THEY, the government are reliant upon information that they seek from those who are supposedly better informed and equipped to provide that information.

    Netflix up 33% Value increase £37 billion
    Facebook up 21% Value increase £71 billion
    Apple up 11% Value Increase £100 billion
    Microsoft up 23% Value Increase £201 billion
    Amazon up 31% Value Increase £222 billion

    These values based on one month since lockdown..

    I will be doing, but not just yet. In hindsight I'd of shifted all of it over to these as the rest has absolutely tanked :( so gotta just hold out on them otherwise it's lost!

    Fortunately I'm a long way of retirement, but I really feel for people who are due to retire over the next few years!

    You're right, sadly there may be a lot of pension plans taking a big hit, given that defined benefit plans have been disappearing for 20+ years now. Many will likely need to work far longer than they had planned.

    I think we will see a knock on effect and secondary massive drop in approx a year's time when all the government help has stopped and companies really struggle etc...
