I didn't give you the Massaman recipe, that was meatballs in a thai red curry sauce. If you want the Massaman recipe I use here I'll message you with it.
Yes, you used what I stated as a component to make the red thai curry sauce but its not a Massaman curry. For a Massaman you would need the paste along with 60g of crushed cashews, potatoes, onion, kaffir limes, tamarind paste, cinnamon stick, palm sugar. fish sauce, star anaise, chilli's & coconut creme plus the meat of your choice.
