Well done mate, a basic essential - even though i wouldn't have a clue. Ignore Sucky, he's just jealous, because he can't make bread.

Bakings more of a science, I used 500g bread flour, teaspoon of salt, 7g dry yeast and 320ml of tepid water.

I don't know how to make bread, you'd need to ask Ginge.

No! bread flour is best as its over 12% protein whereas all purposse flour isn't but you can use it, it'll just lack a bit of texture.

Nice, steaming or stock? I always added raisins in mine, adds a tad of sweetness.

How you doing the chicken? I do couscous in veg or chicken stock so it’s not bland.

Everything you cook looks like something that would get served in a soup kitchen for the homeless.

Mate of mine just lost his aunt to corona. She hasn’t left the house for a month, all food was delivered or takeaways. She died within 5 days of symptoms from pneumonia.

One thing I can agree with you on. It’s like rice yet more bland, if that is possible. It could be stewed in the tears of squirrels and still taste blander than your stew.

hot then cooler then hot again. You can’t pull a leg , no pun intended. You could try and cook it slowly though is a bit late so I’d do as first suggested then have in a baguette with stuffing apple sauce and gravy.
