The media as we know are controlled by the wealthy and powerful. The reporters are asking questions on behalf of their paymasters who are losing millions of pounds a day as a result of the lockdown. They and the media dont give a toss about the ordinary man, woman or child. They'll see us as collateral damage and a statistic and nothing more.
Second wave? Until a majority have had it and/or a vaccine is widespread then it's going to stay around. Then there are the mutated strains...

It is because they know that they cannot suspend the economy for much longer, and opening it back up at the end of April will cost more deaths, add to this the fact that before this virus completes it's run, there are going to be more deaths through this year until testing and screening is fully implemented, my view for what it is worth, is that this Virus will continue to kill until it has either run its course or a vaccine is found..............
I agree with that Phil - but I’d expect there to be periods of ‘intermittent’ lockdowns with the objective of keeping within the capability and capacity of the NHS...
I think that these 'field' hospitals will receive all Covid-19 patients eventually, freeing up the main hospitals for business as usual, just a thought.....
I am extremely glad I do not live in a major city, they are clearly taking the brunt of this pandemic, the figures from London and New York are truly depressing......
