So, when they change the club colours too green and white, what will our traditional away colours be?
weve had a few green strips over the years .. the green mcewans one springs to mind the green 3rd kit was nice this season when can we start hanging makems on the center circle as part of the pre match entertainment ? tbh i think a few would be keen atm
More interested in a kit that doesn't have a betting company advert plastered over it. If the Saudis are trying to make a good impression maybe we'll do what Barca did and advertise a charity
According to BBC our Chairman is expected to be Yasir Al-Rumayyan. He's the governor of the PIF. But Staveley will likely control day to day running with PCP in my opinion.
Mike's mate in the media, Martin Samuel, reckons this isn't a done deal and that both sides are still haggling over £40million. He thinks MA is still not budging from his asking price of £340million and that the Staveley-Reuben-Saudi group are sticking at £300million. He seems very angry at the thought of it happening.
they are not still haggling over 40m (if they are something seriously strange is going on like) ... the price has been agreed for the sale because it cant get to the premier league viability panel without already passing this stage. A price HAS to be agreed first before the paperwork goes onto the premier league for an owners and directors test.. and thats the stage they are at now....
i usually wake up around 4 or 5 but been up at 3 last 3 nights. i see stan the **** collymore is telling himself it wont work at nufc in the star.. i hate people like that.. he knows **** all about it, but talks as if he knows better than the people buying the club.. all the ****s are coming out one by one crying behind a mask of insincerity .. worryingly samual.. ashleys go to journslist is suggesting he doesnt believe ashley will sell for 300 million and that he will throw in a major curveball right at the death.. gulp
Not if the paperwork has been filed. Most people on the football reddit, who aren't Everton fans mind, are simply saying that Newcastle are going to be filthy ****ing rich and a force to be reckoned with. I read that due to Ashley's frugal mentality, especially these past three seasons, we have been very profitable. Under EPL FFP rules, Newcastle can spend quite large sums of money without breaking any rules, hence why we are a good club to purchase. We are an already profitable venture, with huge upward potential and based in the heart of a city. I think it's going to happen in a few days and it's going to be very successful.
