So am I right in thinking that because the PIF have not been integrated into the Companies House documents that Amanda Staveley will be undergoing the "fit & proper" test? If that's the case, there's no way it can fail. Then she will simply sell the 80% to PIF for investment, thereby playing the PL games.

We're about 2+ weeks into the test. They should be concluded this week.

 

The company ncuk has over 75% shares owned by PiF, I was told that it is ncuk that will own NUFC
