Now this is not meant a negative post, I think after our result yesterday things are defiantly looking up in terms of results and our style of play. I am defiantly happy with things ;). The only concern I have is our loans, in particular the length of Andrews and Collins loans.

Both Andrews and Collins seem to be becoming key players for us, and they are both prem class in my opinion and great signings. However Collins is only on loan for 3 months and I believe Andrews is only on loan for 6 (please correct me if I’m wrong <confused>). Now I’m sure PJ is going to want to extend their loans and hopefully sign them on a permanent. But I’m worried that if either club decides that they want to keep them for the second half of the season then we will be without a key player for the play-off push (hopefully).

I would say almost definitely, defiantly is not the word you meant on either occasion!

Andrews is until January and Collins is slightly shorter because of emergency loan rules. Both could potentially sign permanently in January - but if not there will be other players. The positive thing is that Jewell has been able to bring talented players in. If he can do it once he can do it again.

Add to that...Andrews has clearly stated he will not play another game for Blackburn, and that he would like to stay here permanently. Collins, not too sure about his situation. Hopefully, if we are doing relatively well, then he'll stay to at least the end of the season. Hopefully, as i think they are both cracking players, especially at this level.
