There needs to be an independent inquiry then they can share evidence.

The SPFL are asking Rangers to give them the evidence, it's not common practice to give your evidence to the people you're accusing of wrong doing.

Only way this works is with a league redonstruction. Surely.

 

They could simply make it public.

 

Not really. If you're going into a legal battle you don't let the world know your smoking gun before it. I know it's the Rangers legal team but even they're not that stoopid.

 

If you're going into a legal battle you have to declare your evidence beforehand to the opposition, therefore it makes no difference.

 

They could but why would they? Anything that Rangers produce the SPFL will just deny and it goes round in circles again.

The independent inquiry needs to happen. The SPFL are now doing an in house investigation, I'll not hold my breath on that one. What does that say though? Are they trying to find something before someone else does? I'm sure they have nothing to hide.

Indeed. Unfortunately any league reconstruction would be reliant on the premiership clubs having an 11/1 vote agreeing to it. Given the greed and self interest that has always dictated how these çunts operate can you really see that getting the nod?

 

Even without Rangers mythical evidence there is surely enough evidence already in the public domain to warrant an independent enquiry?

 

Surely it includes Championship votes too?

 

Like I said, it's pointless. Theres been enough statements this week without that playing out in public as well.

Any evidence needs to be given to the right people at the right time.

 

I honestly don't think there is, what is the inquiry investigating?
And ultimately whoever doesn't get the result they want from an inquiry will simply believe it was never independent in the first place.

 

It will. They will vote separately. Just like they did on Friday. So will 1&2. Although I dare say they may not be lumped together like they were on Friday.
