    You don’t bring a Saudi Royal on board and just hope for the best when it gets to the PL ratification. These checks will be a formality that has already been pre-approved. PL don’t get involved in politics, the FPP test is to stop people who have no money coming in essentially. People who have screwed HMRC before and are unfit to be company directors or have interests in other competitive clubs (so to avoid collusion etc).
