I clicked on that link, and from the posts I saw it's just sad - and not in a slagging them off way. They've had so much **** kicked out of them football wise recently that I think they genuinely don't care. I love to see us beat them and be higher up than them, etc, but it's only a rivalry if their club survives and they are close enough to us to make it meaningful. We know what it's like to have the heart ripped out of our club and I wouldn't wish that on anyone. There but for the grace of god and all that.......

This isn't Hollywood though and there would be local jobs lost and a lot of local investment lost too. We would also be better off with near neighbours back in the Prem to attract players. It would always be a stumbling block to us to have no other clubs nearby.
