I was just going to post the same thing about if we can handle "where were you when you were ****" comments (Villa sing this all the time for some strange reason) I say yes we can handle it, BRING IT ****IN ON !!!!
This wait now is going to be torture. The difference in this going through compared to falling through is huge. (With patience needed ofcourse) this could either result in us becoming a major European force or staying a lower end PL team/yoyo team. If it was anyone BUT Ashley, I’d be sure there’d be no stumbling blocks, but seen as it IS Ashley, there’s just no guarantees. Been seeing a lot of other clubs fans saying they’d rather have Ashley than these ‘human rights’ Saudi’s & that ‘football is only a game’ I don’t think people from the likes of Brighton, Bournemouth etc will ever quite realise how much football matters in the north east. I honestly would rather anyone than Ashley. They keep saying we’d have no soul left from these Saudi’s.. well we have no ****ing soul with Ashley!
