Such a sad scenario, hope the hell she gets him home soon. Got Lollie back Thursday night but nearly had to send her back Sunday, proper went down again but up again Monday and been sound since then. I'm sure this Covid crap will be my demise like, heart op cancelled and flapping after the family, feel like my reset button is ready to go..

Hey, hope you are good Archie and the family too... A bit of music for you bro..

I'm good mate thanks, all my family are too, touch wood. Hope you have more peaceful times ahead mate.

Peter Gabriel's not ageing too badly by the looks.

As it happens I spoke to a woman today who was on her way home from visiting her husband in a nursing home. Only she can’t visit, so she just stands outside for an hour, looking up at the windows and wondering what room he might be in. Does that every day apparently

Husband in nursing home for last 18 months (physical problems plus dementia )
wife very frail herself but every day goes to sit with him for a few hours and help feed him. The nursing home arranged for her to move in for a fortnight over Christmas .
Just before the Nursing home went into lockdown she moved in to be with him on a temporarily basis though i do wonder if she will end up just staying .

I can tell you that any Covid-19 victims in nursing homes in the UK will recieve little or no medical treatment. They are being left to die.

FACT!
