Even Luke 'Shoot it Down' Edwards is saying it's happening. The Telegraph are stating that the final sale price has been formally agreed between MA and the Staveley consortium and also that the Premier League have now started their checks under the owners and directors test.
They are saying that a formal takeover announcement is expected as soon as the Premier League checks have been completed. They are also stating that PIF remain the major players.
means its done because I read that by the time checks take place all parties would already have been advised if the owner would pass... its just formalities at that stage

I I came to the table late on this but here’s my pennies worth. The 150m is what they bought the club for. Within the club value is 150m of debt owed to MA. This he gets 300m in total. Sorry if this has been explained already. Just finished work. And trying to drink a bottle of wine in a minute.
