It just makes sense. When you see the ****e that goes on in the meat industry it's pretty ****ing horrendous.

I work alongside other small producers, so I've got access to to it all. It isn't any more expensive that the stuff you buy in supermarkets. Especially fish, I've got a Pollack which I'll cook for dinner tomorrow. Matey charged me £2 for it.
