    making my own honeycomb for pudding. Once it’s cooled I will smash it up and dunk it in melted chocolate.

    It is a golden colour. Doesn’t show in the photo.

    will see if it works once it has cooled down. I only had golden sugar not white caster sugar so may not work. It smells nice.

    Not sure what to have today.

    Need to risk venturing to a supermarket as am planning on doing a kfc night and need to refill the deep fat fryer. Got a recipe for the kfc batter. Will see if it works.

    Having a roast, choice is Beef or Chicken. Pork and Lamb are off the menu due to people’s tastes.

    If decide beef I might get some from a butcher, what sort of weight is needed to feed 5 and have some leftovers? Luv you probably don’t need to answer
