My dish of choice when I eat out, don't care what type of restaurant it is I'll have it if it's on the menu.

 

I did note the other day in the supermarket, quite a few veg items were low on stock.

Well it was my fault for following the supermarket advice to help them out. I had an email from both Sainsburys and Morrisons, the latter requesting if people could shop later in the day ie after 2pm. Which makes sense, because I won't queue anyway....So i did as they asked, and the usual morning rush must have cleared the shelves At least I tried to do the right thing!

Get a local restaurant supplier to deliver you a veg box. They’re banging.

I didn’t fancy a roast hence doing a ham.

making bread sauce as well. With some sautéed cabbage and leek.
