Was a great gig. First support band I can’t remember their name, they were scouse and quite retro sounding, then charlatans and black rebel motorcycle club. Sure there was another than I can’t remember.

One of the classic Oasis songs, because it is so Oasis, is the B side "Good To Be Free".

I know the popular opinion is that they were **** but for a couple of years they were actually very good. Definitely Maybe is a superb debut album. The Gallaghers being a pair of utter cocks has influenced some people's opinions of their music.

I like them both. Liams solo stuff lately has been good. Not a fan of noels that much. On the albums they released after the first two there were always a couple of good tracks on them. I really liked song bird.

I judge an album by the number of songs you skip past. Their first two I wouldn’t skip over any of them.

This post should really be top 20 albums rather than individual songs.

Saw them live somewhere. Can’t remember where. May have been a radio one event in the late 90’s.

They’re not even massive cocks, just a pair of brothers who squabble and act like muppets. People talk about Liam as if he’s a worse role model than Ian Watkins.

Oasis first two albums were utterly brilliant and as you pointed out they released a few decent b sides with a few of them.

Whatever, Underneath The Sky, Acquiesce were all great tracks.

Some good tunes there but I can't agree with that, Lead Belly's voice sends shivers through me...

For those who think that Nirvana invented the quiet/loud thing, it was done before, Dave Grohl even admits that they "borrowed" from Husker Du and Pixies.

This one is in my top 10 for sure..
