- LFC cover the extra 20%, McDonald's do not.
- That £42m profit was pre-tax. And unlike most big companies LFC actually pays UK tax.
A few million pounds going to LFC staff is an outrage but a third of a billion pounds of taxpayer money going to McDonald's shareholders is fine.

Man Utd have already said they are paying all non-playing staff in full for the period of the shutdown and have even said they will pay all matchday staff (stewards/hospitality attendants) as if they were still playing the matches scheduled.Players like Rashford grew up in hardship, he probably knows more about the ‘Real world’ than you think. He’s involved in a lot of incentives that give back to the community and is just one example.
If my club Furloughs it’s non-playing staff, Woodward’s house will be rubble as soon as the lockdown is lifted. He spends his days maximising commercial activity so the Glazers can line their grubby little claws with stolen money.
Mike Ashley has sent every NHS employee a Sports Direct mug.Alot of talk about players not doing enough (they aren't) but what about the owners I've only seen abramovich donate money there may be more but I've not heard 9f it
Aren't his family Liverpool supporters as well?:Anyone bothered that Rees-Mogg's investment firm is boasting the crisis provides “once in a generation chance of super normal returns”.

I imagine pretty much every club outside the premier league is worried now. I can’t say I’m nervous because right now football could go out of existence and I wouldn’t give a damn. I’ve not been following or keeping up with the club as I would normally have done. I know we were being lined up for a big takeover but can’t imagine that would go through now. What's the situation with Sunderland right now mate?
I had a feeling a large part of your finances were tied up in getting promoted to the championship asap. A long pause in the season with 0 income and maybe no promotion insight?
Surely some nervousness
@astro is a worse Tory **** than those Tory ****s who he calls Tory ****s. His own working class have been binned off to save billionaires a few quid and he’s all for it.
Astro went around closing the mines in the 80’s spitting on the starving families as he done it.Proper party man.
Type of guy who would report on his neighbours for not having a photo of Chairman Kim on their wall, or would arrest a worker for claiming the Chernobyl reactor may be leaking.
