    They cost £2!!! .... loving this wholesale stuff ... thinking risotto or pasta dish ... got no cream or creme fraiche mind ... but there is a recipe for a 'creamy' sauce which is milk based ... might give that a go <ok>

    Bought a pizza oven today.

    should be posting some hideous attempts at home made pizza later.

    not made my own dough as couldn’t get the right flour or yeast so bought a couple of packs of roll your own base mix.

    for toppings I have the following;

    chilli chicken
    Mushrooms
    Peppers
    Onion
    Pastrami
    Salami
    Chorizo
    Serrano
    Kabani
    Mozzarella
    Cheddar

    Looking like Monday ... one thing that this isolation has done is to make us disciplined with 'best before' dates ... so will be sausage chips and beans tonight ... one of my favourites <cheers>
