Let's hope that his injuries are behind him and that he can have another 4-5 seasons playing the majority of games. If he does, he could even overtake the great Thierry Henry.
To be fair RVP has also spent 30%-40% of his playing time - getting back to full fitness. Without his injury issues RVP would have scored a bucketload. Also he's scored ALOT of beautiful goals. He needs to shoot a little more from distnace like he used to though!
Hence given his success that has been achieved in such an relatively short period he is the outstanding Arsenal player of our time. Add to that too, 25 goals in 31 matches in 2011. And he only cost £2.4m, not £50m or whatever.

RvP is by far the player of yours that I fear the most. He always looks like he can cause our defence some damage. One of the games where we beat you, he came on as a sub towards the end of the game, and terrorised us, almost scoring. I think he's definitely one of the best strikers in the EPL.

Steady on! I didn't quite go that far It's going to be a ding-dong of a game. As I said in an earlier thread, the North London derby is an event in itself, and is more akin to a cup game than a league game. I definitely feel we will test your defence to its absolute limits, but with your attack you are more than capable of hurting us. It's going to be an exciting match.

I believe it serves a better cause to be a peacemaker Super J RvP should be our most prolific goalscorer since TH. 21 more and he'll be into the Top 10, tying with a certain Mr Bergkamp
Quality player. Took a while to settle in at Arsenal, but his goalscoring record over the last four or five seasons has been as good as anyone's. If he stays fit for most of the season Arsenal are favourites for 4th place imo.
