Yep, roast ham. In the oven and everything.

 

Used to boil, skin and bread crumb hams when i was a Saturday boy for a butchers when i was still at school, also plucked pheasant and done the offal bags, they stink when you cut em open, lots of times organs still warm shot that morning. Loved that lil job tbh

Used to carry full carcasses down the road wrapped in paper to local cafes and restaurants and that like a 14yr old badman. One Egyptian fella who owned a delicatessen used to pull out over a grand from his pocket and tip me £50 squid everytime. Tight ****

Ive got yorkshire pudding batter mix, as you may know i dont eat them but i might try make a big one like sweats just for the craic and to show him up again by smashing his signature dish out of the water 1st time.
