A French lady friend of mine, in the south of France, that @Gordon Armstrong stayed with had a lovely phrase, "Je suis bien dans mon peau." Juliette was a very contented lady with a beautiful home and a great style. Her phrase means, `I feel good in my skin' which sounds trite but is a difficult state to achieve. It's something that stuck in my mind that I've always strived towards.
I don't find this hard, albeit I know I'm in a minority in that I'm still working from home at a rate I would normally, in fact harder if anything. But again, this isn't hard. We're being asked to do nothing, not fight a war, or being displaced into refugee camps, or having our homes destroyed by a natural disaster. Remember when you moan about not being able to leave the house that there are poor sods around the world who would do anything to be in your situation. This is a minor inconvenience, it will save lives. If you can't handle not being at the pub, then it's going to be a long 3 months at least. I don't see us being out of this until late summer, and even then, I suspect we'll still be very cautious about 'fully' opening up. So knuckle the **** down basically.
