Disappointed to not come away with all 3 points after been ahead, but I think you'd always take a point away from home and it keeps the unbeaten run going. It keeps us up near the top and if we can keep where we are until Christmas when the league has started settling down then we'll have a chance of been in the shake up in May. Good luck to Bristol for the rest of the season (except at the KC), got chatting to some of their fans at Wembley and they were a good bunch of supporters even after they'd lost so hope they turn things around.
listened to match on RH, point apiece seems fair, our record at Ashton Gate is poor so quite happy.. open attacking game by the sounds of it, both teams going for it at the end..
Most supporters are good ones though. As with anywhere in life there are exceptions. After our glorious win at wembleee a group of Brizzle fans were applauding our coach and us theirs, all was cool until three or four of them decided it would be a good idea to fleg at our windows !
Todays attendance was 12,254, what was the amount of away supporters/How Many Hull City fans went? Quite a low gate really and I thought we were struggling to get 20,000 into the KC most home games !!
Thanks for the reply DJ... Have to agree on TWS support, watching the game last night, they took S*IT loads to Brighton and could hear them most of the game. I thought we normally took at least 1,000 to every away game, 300-400 is pretty poor really. We should ideally be taking 2,000 to EVERY away game. So Bristol City would have had 11,000 + had it not been for our away support, thats disgraceful home support though.
our away support seems to have been on the decline since our 2nd premier league season..we didnt sell out chelsea or liverpool in the 2nd season, and sent tickets back...and we havent sold out elland road in the last 2 seasons, and im led to believe donny is nowhere near sold out tuesday, despite it being 40 minutes down the road...shame really when you think back to games like the 5/6 thousand we took to hillsborough that night...
True, but i suppose you develop an affiliation with some sets of fans more than others from personal experiences.
