War, Famine, Pestilence and Death. We're either in an episode of Supernatural or those guys shouting in city centres were right all along.

Apparently they are now preaching that this is our last chance to repent and be saved. They want Sucky to lay off the plants and Chaos to lay off the women before any of us lot will be allowed in. Not HIAG though - even God thinks he is a ****!

ive met the one mate can i keep her?

On a serious note, I am not a religious person but some of the stories out there about how some churches, mosques and temples are helping out in this crisis is really heartwarming. I may not agree with organised religion, but there are some genuinely good people who attend those places with their hearts in the right place.

There's also fake news about how these religious groups are still congregating, using pics from before the lockdown.

But you're right, it is good to see in adversity ppl of different faiths can look out for the local community. In some cases working in collaboration.

Although another way of looking at it is religion is irrelevant in the grand scheme of things and those are just people helping out, like plenty others are doing.

Oh I agree with that. I'm just having to balance my own natural feelings that even if the organised bit is a self-serving ****show, the people on the ground are basically the same as the rest of us.

It does look like the actions taken because of COVID-19 have also prevented many flu deaths, from the below it looks like the measures and social distancing might have saved more people from flu death than we're losing to COVID-19. Only one season to go on but it does make sense with all the social distancing and gathering lockdowns and empty mass transit.

On another note, when did the UK turn into a country of snitches <laugh> "Hello police, my neighbour is going for a second jog". Lets face it, someone responsible enough to look after their health by jogging twice a day, can be trusted to social distance while jogging I'd imagine.

Using drones to spy on dog walkers but if someone's stolen the family jewels and your TV you can go get ****ed <laugh>
