How old is he? I’m having to come up with stuff to keep my 14 year old son entertained, otherwise he’d stare at a screen all day. My 11 year old daughter is fine. She’s into art, trampolining, walking the dogs, helping with the cooking, dancing etc. She actually seems to prefer this life!

That is a worry, these idiots who are still going out are going to get us locked down for longer.

Picking plaster off the walls is pretty extreme (assuming you’re not mid refurb)

Dude on CNBC the other day made out a pretty solid case that it will take 5-7 years to get back to early February's stock market position. He did say that Trump and the Fed will do everything they can, money no object, to puff up the Dow to about only 25% down by November for the elections, but he then expects it drop down another 25% (or more) after that.

Expect news of miracle cures and vaccines in October. But whoever gets in, expect a second nosedive by Christmas.

I hope to **** he can do that though for selfish reasons - I'm due to take my pension in September and need the lump sum for my mortgage. I read in the Telegraph that Final Salary schemes are already mooting deferring when you can take your pension and the lump sums involved, and also the proportion of your pension pot that you can take . I was thinking of staying on for a couple of years and taking my pension whatever, but this crisis has brought out the worst in the skulduggery and snide in railway management, believe me. And I could have gone in Feb with a bumper package as well...

But listen, small potatoes compared to those that'll lose their lives, and they said in 2008 the market would never recover, but it did. I just wish I was ten years younger, or one year older.

    13. He's going for a run with me now, then cleaning my car, then doing some work. He needs to snap out if it.

The two youngsters have been fine so far.

Will bloody well have refurb now!

We're supposed to be having the bathrooms done (on hold for now) and the plasterer will have to patch up what the little sod has done.

My oldest has been following some insanity workout thing so he's occupied.

The youngest has been allowed to game constantly but restrictions starting Monday where he has homework and set TV and game time.

Good news guise, went to the supermarket this morning, virtually empty of people, but loads of fresh veg and fruit, virtually overflowing with the stuff, fooking yes <laugh>

@Commachio will be pleased, bought some bananas <whistle>

No queuing at the check outs either, straight in to an empty till.

Shelves full of bog roll, limits in place to stop customers going loopy.

Items that looked scarce, sugar, hand soap and pasta. I only needed sugar out of those three items and I had to buy a big bag, normal size bags completely out. Didn't check if flour was in stock. I didn't need eggs but I think I heard customers mentioning they were low on stock.

Prices have gone up here on food about 10%, flour is plentiful and fresh veg and fish. Freezer full of pies, pizzas and stews just in case.

I've got two big bags of the stuff. If you can find some gluten-free food next time you're out I'll do you a swap!

Slots tend to get added just after midnight, but I can't be bothered with it, they are 2/3 weeks out on deliveries.

I don't think food has been affected by higher prices here, or if they have I've not noticed.
