You aren’t really the target demographic tbf. He’s very successful. All family-friendly and ****. Probably balls-deep in Kensington yummy mummy clients for years then somehow made it as a celeb.

He does these YouTube cookery vids, easy stir fry type stuff with all the nutrients to complement a work out. The cookery lessons are about 30 seconds long, perfect for the attention span of the modern world.

Good luck to the geezer, he's found his niche in a competitive field and as far as I can see, he's done it all himself without ripping anybody off.

... has taught my girls that you don't need half a bog roll for one **** or to blow your nose ... each meal now being planned and the sell by date of all food written on a pad to ensure nowt is now going to waste ... some good lessons in life.

We have a large chicken, so are looking forward to a roast dinner today ... and will savour it more than we usually do as we had virtually no meat left until our ASDA delivery yesterday.

Stay safe and well people <cheers>

Germany has been testing 500,000 people a week for this virus. We’ve just started testing 10,000 people a day. Why are we so ****ing woefully **** at being prepared for anything out of the ordinary? I suppose it’s no surprise. The country collapses after a week of rain or sunshine.

Gove's excuses over the EU ventilator sceme offer are truly lamentable ... particularly as that offer is still on the table whilst we are awaiting Dyson to develop a prototype... truly ****ing unbelievable ...

Guess what Michael, I deal with e-mails from colleagues, advisers and government, from all over the ****ing world and if it's something important and there is any 'confusion' I either send them an e-mail back asking for clarification or, even better, pick up the ****ing phone ...

I certainly don't put my fingers in my ears and go "la, la, la... we now have Brexit" ... what an uber ****.

Short term pollution like dust, sulphur from coal and diesel plus high level cloud formation caused by aircraft all have a cooling effect on the planet.

They reflect more energy into space. So our sudden reduction in pollution will make this year warmer but will reduce warming in decades to come.

    Long term it's good news.

So how is everyone managing with the lockdown?

We have enough food and have a click and collect slot on Tuesday. Getting out for an hour's walk everyday which is easy where I live as there are not many people about.

Walked past Asda the other day and there are loads of people queuing up and all spread out around the carpark.

The kids are just gaming and talking to their friends on mobiles.

Problem is that long term it'll get to people.

All good here, lockdown means for me going out 3 times a day rather than 30.

Fridge is packed from last week still so no worries there, mrs is starting to annoy me

    Where did you get this?
High level clouds trap heat. "High clouds make the world a warmer place. If more high clouds were to form, more heat energy radiating from the surface and lower atmosphere toward space would be trapped in the atmosphere" - NASA

"So our sudden reduction in pollution will make this year warmer but will reduce warming in decades to come"

There is no scientific basis for this claim at all. Nor can you even try to claim how much alleged warming will/will not take place. Plus this really simple "analysis" doesn't factor in the whole system (earth) and only considers the regulator, ie the atmosphere and energy balance.

Sulfur is an important factor in high level cloud formation from air traffic, which again causes net warming not cooling.

Pollution reduction is a plus because of air quality, which is infinitely more beneficial than any possible temperature effects (that would be immeasurable, because so tiny, that only a statistical computer model could produce as a guesstimate)

My eldest's behaviour is very worrying.

Staring at his phone picking at corners of rooms, there are piles of plaster dust all over the place.

Just been out walking the dog and came home to this awkward silence. He's picked about two foot of plaster off the corner of the fireplace in the front room.

    Big worry.

I'd offered him a run this morning, wasn't interested.

He's going for one later, I don't ****ing care if it means I've been out twice.
