It's not so much where we are in the table as much as the complete lack of ambition and trying. Better to have tried and failed and all that....

 

Yep I get that completely. That's why it's nowt to do with saving the club.

 

They'll always say 'we don't expect to win we just want to try' which is the same of pretty much every clubs fans in the land.

Not going to argue with that at all, neither would most Newcastle fans. The fact he's got us relegated twice and is going for a third in the decade he's been here is the issue.

PS. Before Ashley we'd been relegated fewer times than Man Utd. Oh well.

 

Don’t think we’ve ever competed with Newcastle for anything. We got mugged off only getting £6m for Les Ferdinand though.

 

Not special at all. It's exactly the same. There are also worse owners around than Ashley.

Does't mean he's a good owner though, and doesn't mean we aren't being reasonable in wanting him gone.

I like him but Chaos is no-ones friend, he doesn't even like himself.

He also predicts us to get relegated pretty much every year so I'd take his predictions with a pinch of salt.
